What we are doing

We are delighted to introduce you to our life and work on the mountain farm Hauser. At an altitude of 1300 meters, we produce raw milk semi-hard cheese, fresh cheese, yogurt, Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages), bacon, Coppa, and syrup – all in certified Bioland quality. Sustainability, closed-loop systems, regionality, and the well-being of our animals, as well as the avoidance of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, are our top priorities.
