As a host family, both the preservation of nature and the well-being of our guests are important to us.
Look forward to the fresh mountain air and the best views from our box seat above the unique natural backdrop of the Merano basin. Our farm is located 12 kilometres from Algund/Meran, away from the city, noise and hustle and bustle.
Our apartment
Our ‘Waldele Bichl’ and ‘Grillentol’ accommodations are named after the surrounding meadows. They each have their own entrance for your privacy. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Merano valley basin from your terrace and use the fully equipped kitchenette including dishwasher for your self-catering. In our produce corner you will find all the farm's own products, as well as seasonal fruit and vegetables. Refine your dishes with herbs from your own herb garden on the terrace. The flats are equipped with satellite TV, WLAN and a private bathroom and can accommodate 3-5 people in two separate bedrooms (one double bed 180 x 200 cm and two beds 80 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed. Towels, shower towels and bed linen are provided for each person and can be changed weekly on request.
Prices and terms of payments
All prices are based on two persons per day and a minimum stay of 4 nights, including final cleaning, energy and ancillary costs.

Each additional person over 14 years 20 EUR; children between 4 and 14 years 10 EUR; children up to 4 years are free.
Surcharge of 10% for stays of less than four nights.
Plus local tax, which is payable on departure and is shown separately on the invoice. The accommodation provider passes on the tourist tax directly to the public authorities.
Cancellation conditions:
There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. However, cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge. We ask for your understanding that we will retain or charge the deposit as a cancellation fee for later cancellations. For cancellations less than 10 days before arrival, 50% of the booked stay will be charged as a cancellation fee, and for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, 80% of the booked stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Express reference is made to the legal provisions of Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
